Every October, something special happens at BL. All across the land, the ESOP Association and companies like ours gather to celebrate what makes us unique: being employee-owned.

At BL, ESOP Month is more than just a tradition. It’s a chance to share what employee ownership really means. We use this time to celebrate our ownership culture, strengthen our connections, and remind everyone what makes our ESOP so important.
