Every October, the ESOP Association and employee-owned companies like ours celebrate being an ESOP. BL uses this month to continue to promote ownership culture, help strengthen relationships within the company, and increase awareness about our ESOP. We all work hard to make BL a great place to work and ESOP Month is a chance to celebrate.
Nope! ESOP Month is for everyone who works at BL, not just those who've already entered the ESOP. It doesn't matter if you've been here for years or days or hours - everyone at BL gets to play.
Not a problem! We keep all information shared through the ESOP Month emails right on this website! If you can't find what you're looking for, reach out to an ESOP committee Member from the Contact Us page and we'll put you in the right direction!
We raffle off a variety of prizes each year, ranging in size from gift cards to the newest gaming consoles and beyond! Check out the Raffle page on the ESOP month website for the full list of prizes we're raffling off this year.
No, each employee owner can only win one prize. If a person is picked for more than one prize in the raffle, they can choose to keep their old prize or take the new one. If someone is selected for more than one prize, but they aren't present at the raffle drawing, they are automatically given the higher value prize. Whichever prize is not kept will be "re-raffled".
All tickets are fully virtual, and you won't be receiving individual tickets at all. We keep track of everyone's ticket totals throughout the month (via your weekly participation surveys). The final week of ESOP Month, we will reach out to everyone with your ticket total. That total number is how many tickets you have to put in for raffle prizes. It's up to you to allocate your tickets into the prizes you most want to win. You will allocate your tickets for the raffle prizes you want virtually as well.
Don't worry, all participation surveys stay open until the due date at the end of the month! Just be sure to keep an eye out on your inbox for when the due date gets announced!

Each event will have its own rules and rewards, so make sure to look out for specific instructions for each one! But don't worry, the participation submission page on the ESOP Month website will help keep track of all the tickets you earn so we won't miss anything you've earned. Just make sure to submit your participation surveys before the due date at the end of the month!
No, raffle tickets are not for sale. Tickets can only be earned by participating in ESOP Month events and activities.

We've partnered with Givee to provide an ESOP Month gift to everyone at BL! You'll receive an email with the link to a store featuring over a dozen BL branded items that you can pick from and customize. You'll have flexibility of choice of item, size, color, and in some cases – personalization.
We are launching the link 2 full weeks before ESOP Month begins so you have plenty of time to have your item in hand for the start of our October festivities.
All that is needed for login is your First and Last Name and your BL Companies’ e-mail address. Your BL e-mail address is your unique identifier so be sure to use that address and not a personal one.
There's no need for pick up! Your ESOP month gift will be mailed directly to you at the address you select at checkout.
