This year, the quest takes on a new sparkle - each team will carry the strength of a mystical gemstone, channeling its magic to guide them through the challenge.

The quicker you complete the quest - the more tickets you can earn! 

• Complete your Master Resume updates by October 3rd = Receive 20 tickets! 

• Complete your Master Resume updates by October 10th = Receive 15 tickets! 

• Complete your Master Resume updates by October 17th = Receive 10 tickets! 

• Complete your Master Resume updates by October 24th = Receive 5 tickets!

All master resumes are due by October 24th and must be in before the raffle so the tickets can be used for those great prizes!

The winning team members will win access to the ESOP Care Package site (again!) and 25 raffle tickets!

There are extra team prizes for 2nd place (15 tickets) & 3rd place (10 tickets)!

 

And since some teams are mixed with other disciplines/departments – you have another opportunity to win raffle tickets this year. If your entire discipline department has submitted their master resumes before we have our overall team winners – that department will earn 10 raffle tickets.

 

Example – Team Sapphire has both Energy and MEP working together to win first place as a team – but Energy completes 100% of their resumes before MEP ; Energy will get 10 raffle tickets.

Where can I find my master resume to get started?

Your most recent Master Resume can be found on the V: Drive.

VERY IMPORTANT: When updating your Master Resumes in Word -
use TRACK CHANGES

This will allow your captain to see the edits and format the changes.

​

Once you complete your master resume update E-mail it to your assigned Marketing Team Captain for credit (see list below). If you saved it on the V: drive – communicate with your team captain so they know and can mark it as updated. If you have recently updated your master resume for an RFP – please confirm that update with your captain for raffle ticket credit.

Once you make your updates, your team captain will review your Word master resume, format, and finalize it for the Marketing 2026 Master File.
